Jeff Scafaro Leads Vanguard Consulting Group

Cleveland, Ohio, resident Jeff Scafaro is a seasoned leader in employee and labor relations with extensive experience in both management and union settings. Jeff Scafaro has leadership experience in collective bargaining, arbitration, and workplace strategy, having advised organizations across multiple industries. He maintains membership with the National Academy of Arbitrators and the Labor and Employment Relations Association.

Jeffrey A. Scafaro currently directs employee and labor relations at LifeBridge Health, Inc., consulting on labor strategy and investigations. He also advises Falls Church City Public Schools and provides nationwide consulting through his company Vanguard Consulting Group, focusing on dispute resolution, workforce planning, and leadership development. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Doctors Medical Center and Alameda Health System. He also led organized labor as president and business manager of IBEW Local 998 and service president for District 1199P, SEIU.

Jeffrey A. Scafaro received his education in labor law and industrial relations courses at Cleveland State University. He has also completed certificate programs in labor relations at Cornell University’s ILR School. He has supplemented his training with ongoing arbitration and advocacy programs offered by the Labor Arbitration Institute and the National Academy of Arbitrators.
